Sale Mode

Sale Mode is recommend for sales or promotional periods where you expect higher than usual order volumes. This feature manages more accurate inventory when a rapid rate of orders are inserting into the system.

Sale mode stops any inventory additions to Shopify, but will still allow for deductions on your automatic, 2am inventory updates and manual inventory exports.

Once the sale slows down, you can turn off the sale mode so inventory updates go back to normal.

Please note - inventory qts will not increase in Shopify while sale mode is on, so we recommend arriving in any PO’s or stock additions prior to turning it on.
