Assign Agent to Customer

This will allow an agent to see all of their customers when they log into the B2B website.

  1. Click on the arrow and select the Contacts module

2. Type the customer name into the Client Search Bar and select Search

3. Click on the customer name and the Customer Screen will open up
4. Select the Financial Tab
5. Select the drop down menu underneath Agent and choose the agent name
6. Select Save

7. Once the Agent has been added to a Customer under the Financial Tab, the Agent will then be able to log into the B2B website and see the customer in their list.
