Searching & Editing Customers

  1. Navigate to the Contacts screen

2. Click on the Client Search bar and press search or enter on your keyboard and it will bring up a list of all of your customers.

 

  • To search for a specific customer simply type in a few letters of your customer’s name and hit search. Any customer’s containing those letters will then appear in a list below.

  • Another option when searching is to search by contacts. To do this, follow the same steps as above, except you will need to do so in the Contact Search bar.

3. To edit Customer information, click on the customer name and a pop up will appear.

From here, the postal, billing and delivery address can be updated as well as the contacts on the Contacts tab. Once all information has been updated successfully select SAVE at the bottom of the pop up.

  • On the Contacts tab this is where you can search for a contact by selecting the search button, once pressed all contacts for that customer will appear.

  • To add a new contact for a customer select Add Contact and enter their details into the pop up box and select Save.
