Customer Statement Report
A Customer Statement Report displays a consolidated list of both paid and outstanding unpaid invoices over a set period of time.
Customer Statement Reports can be accessed through the Accounts section under both the Reports and Receive Payments tabs. It is recommended to access this report through the Receive Payments tab for a more comprehensive search.

Enter the Accounts module and Receive Payments tab. Select the Customer statement button on the bottom of the screen.

2. Select the customer or division you are wishing to search for. Transactions also can be searched for by date or days passed.

A list of transactions will appear that display the following information:
Customer name
Division
Who the statement will be sent to
Terms
The number of elapsed days
Payment owed that is 0 - 30 days late
Payment owed that is 31 - 60 days late
Payment owed that is 61 - 90 days late
Payment owed that is 90+ days late
Total payment due

Ensure that there is Send To contact attached to the customer by ticking the ‘Include this person when sending invoices’ checkbox.
This can be accessed by selecting the Send To contact’s name or by selecting Click to add if no contact is attached.

3. There are three buttons on the bottom of the pop- up: Print, Send Statements by Email and Edit Notification.

Selecting the Print option will generate a PDF Customer Statement Report. This PDF will show a consolidated list of paid and unpaid invoices. This PDF can be saved, emailed and printed.

Send Statements by Email
Selecting this Send Statements by Email option will automatically send the selected invoices to the Send to contact.

Edit Notification
Selecting this Edit Notification option provides the opportunity to customise emails that are sent out by number of days.
