In Picking
The In Picking tab will show you all orders that are currently being picked.
On this tab you can see the team member picking the order and their progress.
You can search for orders here based on:
Site - Website the order was placed on
Customer - The customer who placed the order
Order number - Indigo8 or Shopify order number
Picker - The team member picking the order
Trolley - The multi pick trolley being used
Send orders back to for picking
There may be times when a picker has been unable to complete all of their picks. When this happens and the pick has not been completed or cancelled on the app this option can be used.
This will remove the picker and send the order back to For Picking.
Please note that this option should not be used if the pick is progress.
Mark the order as an issue
If you are aware that an order is an issue orders can be flagged in bulk here.
Change the picker
If you need to change the picker this can be done in bulk.
The original picker will need to reload their device so that the orders are removed.
The new picker will be able to see the orders on their device by selecting assigned to me.
Forcing an order to packing
If you have an item available, but not in any specific bin, you can force the order to Packing.
Right click on the order open up the Force to packing screen, select packer and the bin number then click save.
This can be done in bulk for single orders.
Send back to for picking
There may be times when a picker has been unable to complete all of their picks. When this happens and the pick has not been completed or cancelled on the app this option can be used.
Right click on the order and then open Unable to fulfill to do this for each individual order.
Please note that any picked items will be returned to your default bin which is set here.
