For Packing

The For Packing tab shows all orders which need to be packed.

This is where the team will pack all orders and generate the shipping labels.

You can search for orders here based on:

Site - Website the order was placed on
Customer - The customer who placed the order
Order number - Indigo8 or Shopify order number
Packer- The team member packing the order
Trolley / Single pick bin - The multi pick trolley being used or the single pick bin used

Singles

To pack Singles the steps are:

Choose a packer from the drop down, this will record who has packed the order
Scan the Single Pick bin you will be packing
Select search to load the orders
Scan your item to pack the order
The shipping label will then be auto generated

Multis

To pack Singles the steps are:

Choose a packer from the drop down, this will record who has packed the order
Select the Trolley that you will be packing
Select search to load the orders
Scan the bin you will be packing
Scan your items to pack the order
The shipping label will then be auto generated

Multi labels

In most cases your orders will it into one satchel or box. If you will frequently have orders that will require more than one label multi label shipping can be enabled here.

When scanning your multi order bin you can review the products in the order and determine if more than one label will be required.

Select here to change the number of labels that will be printed,

This must be done before you scan your items.

Printer setup

There are four options when printing

Packing List
Default = Shipping Label
Alternative Address
Gift Message

These can be configured here

The printer name allows you to label your printer, in my example we have PL and Shipping.

The check boxes allow you to determine what will be printed from each one.

By using the drop down here you can set the printer that will be used.
