For Picking Tab

In this tab, you will see all Web orders that are available for picking. The orders are filtered base on quantity of items per order:

Single Pick Orders: Order with only 1 pcs item per order

Multi Pick Orders: Order with more than 1 pcs items per order.

Yellow highlighted order means order are with Draft Status. Order needs to be Active and have bin allocation before it can be picked.

Red highlighted orders means orders is not having bin allocation. You can assign bin location If you have just added more items to that bin location.

By right clicking on the order and clicking on Unable to fulfill/issue then press Assign/ reassign.

How to assign multi pick orders to specific pickers.

1. Toggle multi pick order filter

2. Choose Picker that you want to assign the orders to

3. Choose the available trolley

4. Select how many orders you want to assign to the Picker, you can do this by selecting Less or More to increase or reduce the order quantity, OR by selecting the orders on the Left.

How to assign Single pick orders to specific pickers:

1. Toggle single pick order filter

2. Select the picker that you want to assign the orders to

3. Select the specific orders on the left.

4. Assign orders and start picking. You will need to load this up in Single Pick - Assigned to me, instead of open orders.

When picker completes the assigned picks, the next stage is to assign packer. This can be done in the for picking screen by:

1. Click The top right corner Orange button that says [Click this button then select your name on the left]

2. Select the picker name that have complete the pick

3. Select the Packer who will pack the order

4. Click Assign
