Bin Tab

This tab is used to list out the available stock in the bin. You can quickly check and see whether a style exists in different bin locations by clicking on the [Show Other Bins] button.

You can use this tab to quickly stock take the inventory specific to this bin, by clicking on the Stocktake bin check box. This will allow you to scan the product and populate the count quantity for the style. Once the quantity is confirmed, press [Apply Count to in bin qty] Green button.

Alternatively, for quick apply quantity, you can click on the in bin quantity (without toggling stocktake bin check box). The quantity will be applied straight away once you click enter/Go on your keyboard.

You are also able to investigate bin issue by toggling Bin issue check box. Once bin issue mode is toggled, you can select all bins that have issue from the bin dropdown.

The comments entered by picker who marked the bin as issue will be displayed on the screen. You can either scan the product or click on the count to apply the correct quantity for the style.

Minus mode in Bin tab

This function allows users to scan out a particular style reducing the bin inventory.

To use this feature:

turn on the Minus mode.
Scan the bin you want to pick from
Scan the style you want to take out of the bin inventory.
Scan the next bin you want to pick from. This will automatically reduce the scanned quantity under minus mode.
Repeat step 2-4 as needed
Apply bin count (green button at bottom left)
