How to use search products on website updater
Learn quickly how to search for your products on the website updater for either price mark downs, product updates or quick inventory updates.
When you first load the web updater you will be taken to the SEARCH ALL tab.
This helps you see all the products that are contained within your website updater.
In detail:
Style - You can put in the style number here or style name and it will prompt the style to appear

Tags - We store a tag per product so this can be easily searched as well
Pulling from the TAG in this position
PO No -You can search for items which are on a purchase order that you are potentially are uploading to your website at any given moment. If you search by PO# you can quickly identify those products and export them accordingly.
This option might help you focus on the products that you need to launch.
Product - Search by product type.
This is defined on the style set-up.
Status - Search different status options within website updater.
EXPORTED
This allows you to search for items which have exported to Shopify. Use the Green Traffic light as your indicator.
Green = EXPORTED TO SHOPIFY
Orange = NOT EXPORTED TO SHOPIFY
NOT EXPORTED
This enables you to each items which have not been exported to your Shopify site. This allows you to focus on exporting those items.
NO STOCK
Enables you to search for items which have no stock.
To see this in details right click the product and click INVENTORY
The pop will appear accordingly.
HAVE STOCK
Similar to above, however this allows you to search items within a collection which has stock.
NO IMAGES
This will allow you to quickly see the relevant styles with no images so you can quickly put them in
HAVE IMAGES
This allows you to quickly see the relevant styles that HAVE images. This might be a good way to check your work before launching onto your website.
NO DESCRIPTION
This allows you to search for items on your website which do not have a description yet.
You can click on the right hand side to type it in.
Final result is something like this:
ON SALE
This allows you to search for items which are on SALE. This might be handy for when you are ready to launch a sale and you need to quickly export those sale items.
INACTIVE PRODUCT STATUS
This is always a handy check to see if there are any items which are inactive.
In which case is always best to remove them off your website updater.
Line/List - Super helpful option to allow you to search by LINE or a LIST.
A list is a combination of different styles from different lines. Normally used when launching a sale.
Date Added - as the name suggests, you can search for items based on the date the item was added on the website updater.
LAST EXPORT = last time the product was exported
LAST IMPORT = last time the product was imported
