Auto Fulfilled when Edit the item in Shopify Admin

  1. Create and order in Shopify Admin.

2. Wait until the order is created in Glass.

3. If the customer changed his mind, click the Edit button on the Shopify admin to apply the changes.

4. Removed the old item and changed it to a new item and click the update changes. It should look like this

5. In Glass, the created order should remove the allocated first. You can go to Dispatch and click the Removed Allocated. This is important so that the SO created in Glass is clear and there will be no allocated qty.

 6. After removing the allocation, you can now delete the item in glass SO, changed the item in Glass to a new one the same as the order in Shopify Admin. And Allocate the item is dispatched.

 7. Check the order in Shopify Admin to be sure it is not yet Fulfilled.

8. Generate the order in the Invoice tab

 9. Go to the Shopify admin and double-checked the order, it should automatically be fulfilled.

10.   You can confirm that this order is not manually fulfilled by checking on the History/Logs.
