How to Delete Store Credit against a Contact

  1. Go to Sales Order screen

  2. Search for POS order with credit then open the order

  3. Click the "Attention"

  4. Click the "Vouchers & Credits" tab then there is a bin icon so you can delete the Credit using that icon.

You can also access the Voucher and Credit screen on Contacts

  1. Search the contacts of the customer

  2. Click the contact

  3. Go to Voucher and Credit tab

  4. You can see the Store Credits and Vouchers available on the customer, you can remove it by clicking the bin icon.

 

Please note that:

  • You can also delete Gift Card and Voucher.

  • We can also do this in ordinary Sales order.
