Integrating With The Iconic


Step by Step


1. Open Indigo8, use your right arrow to open Contacts


2.  Click 'Add Client' 

   

a) Fill in General Tab - The Name and the Warehouse are the main points you need to ensure that are filled in. 

b) Fill in Financial Tab. Select your Trading Entity, Currency and ensure the tax is set 10% for Australian Customers


3 ) Open Website Tab 

   a) Tick 'This customer has a website attached to it'

   b) Website to integrate with: select 'Iconic from dropdown box. This will populate the rest of the screen

 


c) The next step is to fill in the API URL, User ID and API Key


i) To fill in these fields please open up The Iconic Seller Center (pictured below) and Log in.


ii) Go to Settings > Integration Management 


iii) The below screen will appear. Copy and Paste the API URL, User ID and API Key into their respective fields in Indigo8 as illustrated below. Save

You will notice that your Callback URL was already populated with data (we will use this in a later step)




iv) The next step is create the Webhook. Click on the Webhook Tab in the Seller Center.

Click on '+ Add Webhook' button



Copy and paste the Callback URL (from Indigo8) into the Callback URL field in the Seller Center

Entities: Select Order and Created  (deselect ItemStatusChanged and ReturnStatusChange) - see below

Submit


Once submitted, your webhook will be successfully created. 


4) Go Back into Indigo8 and to the Customer Card

Fill In the below fields in Indigo8:

Brand: Enter in the name of your brand. Please make sure the name is the same as it appears in the Seller Center - see below. 



Shop: Select 'Iconic' from the dropdown

Gender: You have the option to specify a gender. if you have both Mens and Womens you can leave this blank.

Prod Group: If you are an apparel business, you have the option the select 'Apparel'. Other options include Accessories, Beauty etc. If you are selling within more than one Category,  this can be left blank

Item Cat: Select from dropdown, if you sell within more than one category (i.e Fashion and Sport) this can be left blank

Buying Cat: As most brands sell more than one category, this can be left blank.

Sub Cat: As most brands sell more than one category (as above), this can be left blank.

Cust Seg: You have the option to segment within a customer, most choose to leave this blank
