PC Internet Explorer Settings

There are a number of steps needed to ensure that Indigo8 runs perfectly on your PC. Below are the steps that need to be configured before you can start using Indigo8. 

BEFORE you start adjusting your settings please find out what Internet Explorer version you are running as the instructions will change depending on this.

Our system is not compatible with Mozilla or Chrome.

1. Open a brand new Internet Explorer window

2. Click on the settings icon (top right of the browser) and click about Internet Explorer

Example of Internet Explorer 11 (most common)

If you are using Internet Explorer 11

  1. Open a brand new Internet Explorer window
  2. Click on the Settings icon (top right of the browser)
  3. Click Compatibility View Settings

4. Under "Add this Website" please enter i8system.com 

5. Click ADD then click CLOSE

If this url is there already do not make any changes. 



If you are using Internet Explorer 10

  1. Next to the refresh button there is an icon with a broken piece of paper and click this icon until it goes BLUE not GREY

2. Once that is done enter your system name such as (yourcompany.i8system.com) and try to login again.

You can find out what yourcompany system name is if you contact an Indigo8 representative.
