Homepage & Navigation

• Changes have been made to both MAC & PC operating system starting with the new version of 5.0.0

• Updated font, buttons, background colours to provide simplicity and maximum efficiency when using Indigo8 in 2025

• Added your personalise business name on the home screen

• Quick link for settings on the main menu

• Updated minimal menu design
  

  

• Ability to re-size Indigo8 on MAC with 2 duplicate monitors. The system will automatically resize when you drag it to the 2nd monitor.
  

• Updated login screen. No need to type i8system.com. Simply type the system name to get in.
  

  

  
  In an event of an emergency you can right click the system name. Select CHANGE SYSTEM ENDPOINT URL
  

  

  
  You can get into the system via i8system.com or indigo8.com.au

  

• On all major screens, the settings have now moved into a burger menu.
  For example, in SALES we have moved the less used items such as NEW TRANSFER, NEW QUOTE, ADVANCED SEARCH in the menu.

  

• Most POP UPS on PC have been updated. Most MAC pop ups are still under development.

• Updated ALL EXPORTERS to have enjoy the new look and feel. This includes Customer Exporter, Style Exporter, Sales Exporter, PO Exporter, Invoice Exporter, Inventory Exporter.
  
  There will be an INFO icon for most fields so you can have understand what the field is about.

  

• Updated ALL REPORT options now have the new look and feel. Each major report has a small description to tell you what the report is about.

  

Products

• Detailed list of changes of product search here

• Changed the wording from NORMAL VIEW to IMAGE VIEW

• Moved ADVANCED SEARCH, PRODUCT SETTINGS, NEW LINE, NEW BUY, EDIT VISIBLE FIELDS into the menu burger

• Only displaying INACTIVE STYLES and BARCODE as a checkbox option

• Data Entry Mode has moved positions to the bottom of the screen. Please click on a style and then click on that button to open it up

• Moved the M for changing size ranges into PRODUCT SETTINGS > SIZE RANGE MAINT

• Export Item to Lingo has been removed as a button is now contained with the REPORTS option

• Refresh Line is now an icon

Contacts

• Moved B2B CUSTOMER UPDATER, EDIT PARENT COMPANY, VIEW CUSTOMER HISTORY, EDIT VISBLE FIELDS into the menu burger

• Moved total to the bottom of the screen

Customer

• Simplified the FINANCIAL tab

• Adding an INTEGRATIONS tab which includes anything related to JOOR, XERO, HILDUN, EDI

• Removed some legacy options on the customer card to make it easy to read and navigate

Supplier

• Moved the general tab and moved a lot of new options such as PO ORIGIN & MID#

• Added a new tab called Financial which shows anything related to XERO, BILLS, and DEPOSITS

Sales Search

• Changed the main modules at the top into buttons instead of tabs at the top: Sales and Returns, Retail Orders, Imported Orders, Deposit, Hildun

• Moved New Transfer, New Quote, Advanced Search into the menu burger

• Ability to view orders in list view. Simply click Change to List View on the top right corner

• Showing the Warehouse and Status on the order search as default

• Removed the + to open the order. Simply click on the Sales Order Number / Image / Customer Name (any other fields against the order) to open it up

• Retail Orders, Imported Orders, Deposit and tabs have also been updated with the new look and feel

Sales Order

• Moved VIEW SO HISTORY, SALES ORDER SETTINGS, SEND SO EMAIL in the menu burger

• Moved the SHIP VALUE, SHIP PCS, ORDER PCS, CURRENCY on the black header for easy access

• Removed the ability to ADD CUSTOMERS and AGENTS. Simply click into the drop down and select ADD NEW CUSTOMER if needed.

• Ability to ADD STYLES and SEARCH STYLES very quickly located on the black bar

• Moved the PO NUMBER to be on the right hand side of the unit price

• Removed + for PAID and simply made the word PAID a pop up to view the payment

• Adding a new label for web orders: IN PICKING, PACKING, SHIPPED

• Changed the wording on the footer: VERSION LOG to SO LOG, ADD EXTRA to + EXTRA, CREATE RETURN to CREATE RA

Invoice

• Showing the TRACKING NUMBER and WAREHOUSE NAME on the header section

• Moved SO QTY and ALLOCATED QTY to the bottom centre of the screen

• Added the ability to SEARCH within an invoice on the BLACK header

RA - completed on PC, MAC is coming soon

Sales Order Allocation

• Overall look and feel has been enhanced on this module.

• Right click the sales order to Remove From Screen. The button has been remove from the search bar at the top

• When grouping BY STYLE, SUPPLIER, CUSTOMER, we have added a bit of space between each table to indicate which style belongs to each sales order

• Moved Export search results to excel to the menu burger

Bulk Purchase Order

• Merged the LINE and STYLE drop down into 1 drop down (top left)

Accounts

• Changed the main modules at the top into buttons instead of tabs at the top RECIEVE PAYMENTS, EXPORT INVOICES, BILLS, PURCHASE ORDERS, SHOPIFY PAYOUTS

• Added Customer Statements, Deposit Invoice Reminder, Update Tracker COGS, Download Tracker Cogs into the burger menu

• Merged all filter options at the top into 2 lines.

  • Merged Customer, Agent, Warehouse (into the CUSTOMER DROP DOWN)

  • Merged Line/Division (into the LINE DROP DOWN)

Warehouse - Arrive Purchase Orders

• Removed the word Search under each warehouse. Simply CLICK on the warehouse name to open it up.

• Remove the REFRESH BUTTON per warehouse, to a REFRESH ICON

• Added Settings, Inventory Tracker, Stock Take, Reports, Tracker Fixer, Barcode Generator to the menu burger

Warehouse - Dispatch

• Detailed list of changes click here

• Merged the GREEN, GOLD, WHITE, ORANGE checkbox options onto 1 line so it is easy to navigate and select

• Consolidated all the options so that everything appears under ALLOCATIONS, BIN, 3PL and OTHERS. Simply HOVER OVER the option that you need and the selection will occur.

• Added SHIPPING to the header which displays your TURNED ON specific shipping integration.
  For example, if you have STARSHIPPIT, it will display this as a default option.

• Renamed REMOVE FROM SCREEN to CLOSE FROM SCREEN

• Merged SO#, INVOICE, CUST PO, TERMS, PO# into the SO# drop down

• Merged STYLE #, GS1, ORDER TAGS into the STYLE# drop down

• Added DEPOSIT CREATED, DEPOSIT REQUIRED, DEPOIST PAID, NET on the dispatch tab for visibility
