Each Field Explained
Style: The top line displays the Style Name, while the second line shows the Style Description.
Brands: Specifies the brand of the style. If your business has multiple brands, you can assign one to the style.
Makers: Refers to the maker or manufacturer of the product
Product: Defines the product type, which we help set up during implementation
Buy/Whole/Retail Pricing: These columns reflect pricing for your base Trading Entity (AUD). If you have multiple Trading Entities (e.g., Myer or David Jones), use Bulk Pricing to enter their specific prices.
Size: Sets the product's size range, which we help establish during implementation
Colours: Add a color in the first cell. To enter another, place your cursor in the first color and press Tab on your keyboard.
Copy & Paste Feature
You will see ‘copy' and 'paste’ button underneath each style in columns Brands, Supplier, Product and Size.
This feature lets you copy populated information and paste it across multiple styles as needed.
For example, if all styles in your line share the same supplier, you can use copy & paste instead of manually selecting the supplier for each product.
