Below outlines the steps needed for a stock take Before completing a stock take, please ensure that all styles have a barcode on the product.

  2. Select the warehouse that you want to stock take

  2. IMPORTANT - There are 2 types of stock take:

    FULL STOCK TAKE

  1. - whatever is scanned in a single stock take will replace and update accordingly. For example, say you had 200 pcs in your warehouse and if you have scanned 20 pcs on this screen using this option, it will change your stock to be 20 pcs.
    Please be super careful when using this option. We recommend that you run an EAN report before completing a full stock take as a backup in case

  1. you need to update your stock to the previous version.

    CYCLE STOCK TAKE - replaces only the styles scanned.
    For example, if you have scanned 2 styles, when using this option it will only UPDATE the quantities for the 2 styles - the rest of the stock in that warehouse remains untouched.

4. Once the option is selected scan your first barcode in the barcode field.
The count on the right should increase.
Keep repeating this process until your stock take is completed.

If you have accidentally scanned too many times, change your scan mode to - and it will the the count based on how many times you scan. The final result should look like the below:

5. Once finished, click CLOSE on the screen.

  1. When you press the New Stock Take button it will open a new window which will allow you to select from a Full Stock Take and Cycle Stock Take. Select the stock take you are wanting to complete and hit save.

  2. Once you have selected your chosen stock take you can start scanning in your barcodes into the Barcode field.

  3. You will notice that there is a Scan Mode, this will automatically be set to a +. If you make a mistake you can click on the + and it will change to - for once scan.

  4. As you beginning scanning you will notice the count changes so that you can keep track of it as you go. In the count column you can also see when the stock is being added and subracted.

  5. Once finished, select the Close button at the bottom of the screen. The stock take will automatically save.

  6. Once you hit close you will return to the Stock Take window and your newest stock take will appear at the top with a number such as ST-

6. Select your stocktake and click COMPLETE if you are ready to complete your stocktake.
Click UPDATE STOCK QTY’S NOW and wait for the screen to load.

The status should then change to COMPLETED as per below.

7. To double-check everything went well click REFRESH and if you select FULL STOCKTAKE the pieces should update accordingly. Otherwise run a stock on hand report to check the quantities accordingly.

On another note: If you wanted to complete your stock take over a few days just ensure your stock take is set to OPEN. Then if you need to open it just select the stock take on the left and click LOAD STOCK TAKE

and it should open it up as per normal.

  2. To check for any variances you can run a report. We recommend doing this before pressing the Complete button for your stock take. To check for variances you can look at the Imported QTY on the excel.

  3. If your stock take is ready to complete select the Complete button, read the pop up and select Update Stock Qty’s Now. Once this is selected wait for the screen to load and you will notice the Status column changes from Open to Completed.

  4. To double check the stock has updated correctly we recommend checking the warehouse by searching for the qty’s and making sure the amount matches with the stock take just completed. You can also run a Stock On Hand Report to check the qtys.

  5. If you wanted to return to a stock take at a later date or complete the stock take over a number of days, just ensure you don’t complete the stock take and it will remain open until you are done. To load an open stock take tick the required one and select the Load Stock Take button.

  6. This will open the stock take so that you continue scanning in barcodes
