The product List View enables the user to enter in information en mass, against The Product List View allows users to update information for an entire line at once.

Each Field Explained

Style: The top line is your Style Description. The displays the Style Name, while the second line is shows the style description Style Description.

Brands: This is Specifies the brand of the style. If you have more than one brand in your business has multiple brands, you have the ability to add it in against can assign one to the style. This is helpful for reporting

MarkersMakers: This is the supplier of your product. Refers to the maker or manufacturer of the product

Product: This is Defines the product type, which we help you create these at the start of your implementation. This is also helpful for reporting. set up during implementation

Buy/Whole/Retail Pricing: The pricing entered in these columns relate to These columns reflect pricing for your base Trading Entity , in this case it is AUD. If you have more than one Trading Entity, you will need to populate these prices in the Bulk Pricing. I.E if you have different trading entities for Myer or David Jones. 

Size: This is where you set the size range of your product. We help you create these size ranges at the start of your implementation. 

Colours: A first cell will appear for you to add in a colour, to add in another colour, have your curser in the first colour and hit enter on your keyboard

You will see 'c2a' next to Brands/Markers/Product/Size. This function (Copy 2 All) enables you to copy the populated information in the first cell, down the rest of the column. This will save you time if you have your line made by the one supplier, you can use the C2A function, instead of selecting the supplier for every single product. 

Edit Visible Fields 

We also have the ability to amend the fields that are available for you to edit, depending on your business needs. In this example we have selected Brand, Composition and Main Fabric. 

Other fields that are used often are Web Site Description and Web Site Images, these are further explained below.

To add in website images, click on the +. The below scree will appear, here you can drag and drop your web images for each colourway.

Your web description will also appear if this has been entered in.

Click on the '+' in this column to update your website description. The advantage of using this field, is that if you have multiple websites linked with Indigo8, this will feed through to all. You will not then need to go into each website and update the description. 

Image Removed(AUD). If you have multiple Trading Entities (e.g., Myer or David Jones), use Bulk Pricing to enter their specific prices.

Size: Sets the product's size range, which we help establish during implementation

Colours: Add a color in the first cell. To enter another, place your cursor in the first color and press Tab on your keyboard.

Copy & Paste Feature

  • You will see ‘copy' and 'paste’ button underneath each style in columns Brands, Supplier, Product and Size.

  • This feature lets you copy populated information and paste it across multiple styles as needed.

  • For example, if all styles in your line share the same supplier, you can use copy & paste instead of manually selecting the supplier for each product.
