Go to Product Search Products screen
Search for you collection in the Line drop down search field and hit enter on the keyboard.
Click on the Web badge next to the style image to open the Web Product Data Updater. This Updater can be used to update both your B2B and website integration.
Once the Web badge is clicked it will open a new window which looks like the below:
The two main sections you need to update is the Image and Web Site Description section:
Images can be added by opening the image file location and simply dragging the image file across to section labelled ‘Drag Selling Images Here’. Once the image has been successfully imported it will appear under the colour name. You can drag more than one image across by selecting multiple images and then dragging them over.
Once the image has been successfully added it will appear under the colour name and you can continue adding as many as you need. You can then drag them to put them in the order you want them to appear on the B2B.
To add the images for the next colour, simply click on the colour name and follow the above drag and drop process.
IMPORTANT: The product images must be 1MB otherwise they will not be successfully inserted. If they are over 1MB then you will need to resize it before dragging across.The next section is the Web Site Description. This is where you can enter the product description exactly as you want it to appear on your B2B website.
Once the images at the website description has been added in you can then select the Save button
